SV Wheels Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your rims must be:

  • In the same condition you received them — unused, unmounted, and free from any damage or signs of installation.

  • In their original packaging, including all protective materials, center caps, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@svwheelsfi.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your rims are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-built or special-order rims (including custom finishes, sizes, or bolt patterns)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

We also do not accept returns for rims that have been mounted, used, or altered from their original condition.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the rims you want is to return the original item (once approved) and make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with our standard policy, the rims must be unused, unmounted, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned rims, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at support@svwheelsfi.com.
